1. Can you send me your program?

No, I don’t use a standard program.
Everyone is unique, and one size never fits all.
That’s why I offer a free survey interview (worth 2000 NOK), so I can understand your situation and create a tailor-made program specifically for you — with weekly conversations and personalized homework to help you reach your goals.


2. How does coaching with you work?

We have weekly sessions (online, by phone or in person, depending on what will be convenient).
Together, we talk about your health, mindset, emotional world, goals, challenges, and the changes you want in your life.
Each week you get personalized homework to help you grow step by step.

My coaching includes:

3. Which coaching package is right for me?

That depends on what you need.
The free survey interview helps me understand your situation — and together we choose the package that fits your goals best.

In general:

  • 1 month = a soft start / kickstart

  • 3 months = deeper transformation

  • 6 months = full life change inside and out


4. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No.
Therapy works with the past.
Coaching focuses on the present and the future — your growth, your habits, your strength, your direction.

I support your mind, emotions, lifestyle, health, and confidence, while helping you build new patterns that serve you.


5. Do you help both men and women?

Yes.
I work with men, women, and young adults.
If someone is open, willing, and ready to grow — I am here to support them.


6. How long does it take to see results?

It depends on:

  • how much homework you do

7. Is the free survey interview really free?

Yes.
It’s completely free — worth 2000 NOK.
There is no pressure to book a package afterward.

You can send me a short message if you need quick guidance or encouragement.
You won’t walk this journey alone.


11. What do I need for online sessions?

Just:

12. What if I’m nervous or shy?

That’s perfectly okay.
Many clients feel nervous at first.
You will quickly notice that I’m warm, caring, non-judgmental — and you will feel safe with me.

My job is to make you feel seen, supported, and understood.


13. How do I book a session?

You can book your free survey interview through the link on my homepage or my coaching page.
After that, I will guide you step by step.
